More than one million people in Iraq have been forced to flee their homes because of ISIS and other threats and have settled in other parts of the country. One of these “safe” regions is Kurdistan, in the northern part of the country.
It was in one of Kurdistan’s largest cities, Erbil, that your support is bringing a huge blessing. At a Christmas outreach event you helped sponsor, more than 500 internally displaced children received gifts, enjoyed a nice meal, and heard the Gospel.
As the Christian population in Iraq continues to struggle in the face of terrorism, you’re bringing them a light of encouragement.
